Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the Comfort Inn and Suites was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean, crisp, and very spacious, providing a quiet environment despite facing the I-40. The service had its ups and downs, ranging from a slightly frazzled demeanor to utmost kindness and friendliness. The location, although a bit on the smaller side, was convenient for my needs, being close to the I-40 and other amenities. The dining experience offered a decent variety of hot items but lacked consistency. The facilities were satisfactory, adding to the overall convenience of the stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were warm, spacious, and perfect for my mom and my husband. However, they were a bit humid and smelled stale. The service was super friendly and really nice, although we encountered a few issues with some unprofessional behavior. The location was great, easy to get to, but a little sketchy being right off the highway. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially for my mom's visit to her kidney doctor, but the breakfast had limited options with cold sausage patties and a little bit of eggs. The facilities were decent, providing the essentials needed for our stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were spacious enough to accommodate disabled parents with ease, although the mildew smell was a downside. On the bright side, the service was kind and lovely, but there were some rude encounters that detracted from the experience. The location, though clean, could have been more inviting, and the dining options, while decent, lacked variety. Despite these ups and downs, the facilities were satisfactory, providing a decent overall stay.
